Returns
All plants purchased from Rare Indoor Plants come with a 35 days return guarantee. If you are unhappy with the condition of your plant or it has been damaged during transit, just contact us through Instagram or email, and we will organise a replacement or refund of your order at our discretion. Please note this is only valid within 35 days of the purchase date.
When you contact us, please describe the damage and, if possible, send photos as soon as possible.
